What this Amazon deal is worth

Sony Forspoken PlayStation 5 is $9 at Amazon, down from the $69 Amazon had on the listing when our tracker picked it up — a 87% cut that keeps $60 in your pocket.

The average discount across the 986 deals carrying a percentage on Ring In The Deals right now is 47%, so at 87% off this one is deeper than the typical drop in the feed — it beats 100% of everything else live today.

There are 137 Tech deals live at the moment, and measured in dollars saved this is the 59th biggest of them.

We posted it 1 hr ago, and it comes off the site on November 5, 2026, 30 days after posting. Retailers change prices and stock without warning, so Amazon's own page is the final word — confirm the figure at checkout before you buy.

No discount percentage is shown unless both numbers came off that listing. More on how a deal gets on this page.

Why this is a good deal

It is deeper than the typical Tech discount

The median discount across the 137 Tech deals we have live is 42%. This one is 87%.

What you actually keep

$60. A percentage is a ratio and a saving is money — on a cheap item a huge percentage can be worth less than a modest cut on something expensive, so this is the number we would judge it on.

Reasons to think twice

a discount this steep is more often a data error than a bargain, so check the retailer page before trusting it; we have only seen this product once, so we cannot tell you whether the original price is a genuine going rate or a list price that nobody pays; at this price the shipping threshold will usually matter more than the discount; the discount is only a saving if you were going to buy the thing anyway.
