How we check: our tracker reads the retailer's own listing, records the price and the original price exactly as Amazon published them, and posts the deal without anyone retyping a figure. No discount percentage is shown unless both numbers came off that listing. More on how a deal gets on this page.
What we make of it
This enchanted doll brings the Magic Mixies experience to life, featuring a whimsical design that appeals to young children who enjoy imaginative play and magical storytelling. Skylar Butterfly Magic Mirror Doll includes various interactive features, enhancing the fun with sounds and lights that engage kids' creativity. However, its electronic components may not hold up to rough play, so it's best suited for gentle handling. Parents should also consider the battery requirements and potential limited lifespan of the lights before choosing this as a long-term toy.
Why this is a good deal
It is deeper than the typical Toys discount
The median discount across the 280 Toys deals we have live is 45%. This one is 64%.
What you actually keep
$25. A percentage is a ratio and a saving is money — on a cheap item a huge percentage can be worth less than a modest cut on something expensive, so this is the number we would judge it on.
Reasons to think twice
we have only seen this product once, so we cannot tell you whether the original price is a genuine going rate or a list price that nobody pays; at this price the shipping threshold will usually matter more than the discount; the discount is only a saving if you were going to buy the thing anyway.
